At L&L Custom Printing, we take pride in creating high-quality custom and made-to-order products. Because many of our items are personalized or produced on demand, we ask that customers carefully review all order details before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selections made by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor color variations caused by screen settings
- Customized or personalized items
- Worn, washed, or used items
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Or you received the wrong item
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description
Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly provide:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- Or a refund when appropriate
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued for:
- Confirmed defective items
- Lost packages confirmed by the carrier
- Orders we are unable to fulfill
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
Shipping Issues
L&L Custom Printing is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Incorrect addresses entered by customers
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly.
Requests for cancellations or changes must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
